Cortesy visa is granted by the Ministry of Foregin Affairs and Cooperation (MNEC) to the foreigner who intends to travel to the Timor-Leste for service visit or for official purpouse. This visa is valid for one year, and allows periods of stay up to thirty days and multiple entries.
